In the past I relied on this store for all of my professional attire needs. It was a great one stop shop for the whole outfit and getting it properly tailored to fit. The last couple times I have been in I noticed all new faces. And they are not as knowledgeable or helpful as the previous staff members. My latest experience was my last with this store. I went in looking for something specific I know exists. And to have it tailored to fit. The "tailor" came out and couldn't even speak proper English. It became a game of sherades that some how led completely away from what I was looking for. Than as I'm getting back into my own pants she is trying to push the store card on me even though my needs haven't been met and a selection hasn't been made. Also I told her multiple times I have one. Yet she kept going on with the pitch. I went to another store and found what I needed. It's a shame because I like shopping here.

I am not the type to leave reviews good or bad but I feel compelled by seeing this negative rating to share my experiences. (And no, I don't work here or am affiliated with MW in anyway) I have gone to this MW on multiple occasions and have had excellent service from 9-10 employees. Yes, there was that one guy who was slightly rude but I'd like to know what type of friendly robots, you (who have left such critical reviews)are accustomed to having serve you hand and foot? These are people, like you but who can't review your behavior. Yes, it is expensive, but we are talking fine suits- and the employees help put you together with shirts & ties more handsomely than I could do on my own. There is a Kohl's down the way so if that is more your speed/budget, stop complaining and go find your polyester suit.
