  We were extremely pleased with the entire process from start to finish. Andrew came to look at our set up and discussed exactly what we were looking for. He offered us 3 different options in terms of price so that we had the opportunity to choose something that would fit our budget. He thoroughly explained each option and the differences in what we would be getting. Once we chose which option we wanted, Andrew and another employee came to set up the system. They spent a lot of time making sure that everything was installed and set up correctly. They cut holes in the ceiling in 2 places to install speakers and did a nice job of cleaning up any mess and putting all of the furniture back. They bundled all of the wires so that it looked neat behind the TV, they were willing to label each part of our old system and make a diagram of how to rehook it up so that we could give the old system to our son to use, and they made sure that we totally understood and were comfortable with how to use the new system's remote control. We found Andrew to be very knowledgeable and willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure we were totally satisfied with our new surround sound system. We would highly recommend Unique Video and Sound to anyone who needs this service. You will not be disappointed.

  We were very satisfied with his work. Job was done in a very professional manner and good thing about the project was that job was done in a very clean manner with a very reasonable and competitive price. Andrew was on time and was very efficient. Customer service is very good, he gives a lot of options and his recommendation on what is best possible solution. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and we are definitely going to use him for our future Audio and Video projects. One less thing to research and find a good vendor.
